Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a traditional therapy that involves placing very fine, sterile needles at specific points on the body. It works by gently stimulating these points, which are believed to support the body's natural balance and circulation.

Commonly used for:
  • Mental health and wellness (insomnia, stress, etc.)
  • Menstrual issue (pcos)
  • Digestive issues
  • Neuro disorder
  • Respiratory issue
  • All type of pain

Electro-Acupuncture

Electro-acupuncture follows the same principles as traditional acupuncture — fine, sterile needles are placed at specific points — but small clips are then attached to the needles and connected to a device that delivers a mild, controlled electrical current. The stimulation is gentle and the intensity is always adjusted to a comfortable level.

Commonly used for:
  • Chronic muscle tension
  • Nerve-related discomfort
  • Stroke-related paralysis
  • Joint stiffness
  • Circulation disorder (numbness, varicose veins, etc.)
  • Inflammation

Moxibustion therapy — a heated moxa stick held near an acupuncture point
03 / Moxibustion

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is a traditional therapy in which a rolled moxa stick — made from dried mugwort — is gently heated and held near specific acupuncture points on the body. The warmth it produces is believed to stimulate circulation and support the body's natural recovery. It is often used alongside acupuncture and is completely non-invasive — the moxa stick never touches the skin.

Commonly used for:
  • Gastrointestinal problem (indigestion, chronic diarrhea)
  • Asthma
  • Circulation support
  • Relaxation and warmth
  • Joint stiffness

Seed Therapy

Small seeds are placed on ear or body acupoints and held in place with tape, providing gentle, continuous stimulation over several days. It's a non-invasive way to extend the benefits of a session between visits.

Commonly used for:
  • Continued relaxation support
  • Stress relief
  • Sleep support
  • Muscle tension follow-up
  • Convenient between-session care
  • Gentle ongoing stimulation

05 / Cupping

Cupping

Cupping involves placing small, rounded cups on the skin and creating a gentle suction inside them. This lifts the skin and underlying tissue slightly, and is traditionally used to ease muscle tightness and support circulation — often alongside acupuncture.

Commonly used for:
  • Muscle tension
  • Stiffness
  • Tension headache
  • Circulation support
  • Lymphatic drainage
  • General body tension relief
